One day this week I grabbed my easel and joined a small group of artists from the Philadelphia Watercolor Society for a morning of plein air painting right on the charming main street of my small town. As we set up our canvases, among the quaint buildings, the sight of all the flowers at the local flower shop was what really had us interested. It was cloudy when we started and then had a little bit of rain but we managed to find cover and keep painting. Friendly fellow artists and sharing our paintings was a wonderful reminder that art can bring us together, one brushstroke at a time!
